sHIPPING pOLICY

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and all orders are shipped worldwide on business days from our local warehouse. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and are outlined below.

Delivery Options & Lead Times

Australia

Free delivery through AusPost Domestic Express Post (typically 1-2 business days)

New Zealand

Free delivery through AusPost International Post Standard (typically 5-8 business days)

International

International shipping through DHL Express. A flat rate shipping fee will be applied upon check-out, and devliery time will vary based on location

All delivery times are estimates and begin once the parcel is dispatched. Orders are typically shipped within 1–4 business days.

TAXES & Duties

For Australian customers, GST is included in the prices shown at checkout.

For international customers, all customs duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout - what you pay on our website is the final amount, with no additional fees upon delivery.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with full tracking. Customs clearance times may vary by destination.

Please note: duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once shipped.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed, shipping fees, return costs, and any non-recoverable duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund.
  • Once a parcel has been dispatched and tracking details provided, Luniere is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items. Please contact DHL Express directly to lodge a claim.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Make a Return

We’re welcoming your return if you're not satisfied with your order. We’re here to help you return your order smoothly.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@luniere.au with:

  • Order Number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for return

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid at import are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style or size.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving and approving your return.

Please note: Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid at import are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@luniere.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Once the claim is approved:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost (we'll provide a return label).
  • You’ll receive a full refund, including any original shipping fees, once the item is returned and inspected.
  • Alternatively, if stock is available, we can send you a replacement at no extra charge.

Please note: Pilling is a natural characteristic of wool and cashmere and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
